Q. Why can I not view some of the text or images on the site?
A. Planetspring.com is a very dynamic site. Since there are so many applications that can be done on Planetspring.com the site requires that you download the newest version of Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari. Please check the home page for links to these browsers.
Q. How do I create an RFQ?
A. To begin creating an RFQ you will need to log into your dashboard (if you have not registered with Planetspring.com you will need to do so before you can log in). Once you are in your dashboard there is section called “Add RFQ”. In this section there is a button at the bottom right of the page called “create your RFQ”, click this button. Simply fill out this form by following the instructions on the right hand side. If you still need help with this process please watch the video below.

Q. What do I do after I choose a supplier for my job?
A. After you have chosen a supplier you will need to award the job in the RFQ Review section of your Buyer’s dashboard. Simply go to the “quoted” section and click on “award” beneath the quote that you have chosen.
Q. Who sees my RFQ?
A. Your RFQ will only get sent out to the suppliers who have purchased the category that you have chosen for your RFQ. No supplier who is not qualified to manufacture the type of spring you are looking for will receive your RFQ.
